ISO 9001 Lead Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Lead Consultant to join our Quality Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ISO 9001:2015 implementation projects, from initial gap analysis through to successful certification. You will work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, helping them establish robust quality management systems that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead ISO 9001:2015 implementation projects from inception to certification
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and develop implementation roadmaps
- Design and document quality management systems, policies, and procedures
- Deliver training programmes to client staff at all levels
- Support clients through internal and external audits
- Maintain ongoing relationships with certified clients for surveillance audits
- Contribute to the development of consultancy methodologies and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality management systems
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience working with SMEs and enterprise clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
