- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
