Dervish Ibrahim

Dervish started his career in web development, building and maintaining websites and digital platforms for growing businesses. Working close to those systems showed him where security and data handling really break down, so he moved into compliance and data security — and founded AWG Consultancy to close that gap for other organisations. He still leads engagements across ISO 27001, UK GDPR and cyber security, and oversees the consultancy's digital and security services.

Daniel Whitfield

Daniel works hands-on with client teams to build and embed ISO 9001 quality management systems, from gap analysis through to the certification audit. Nineteen years in management systems have taught him that documentation only works when staff can follow it on a normal Tuesday, so he simplifies processes, trains the people who own them, and runs internal audits that find problems before an external auditor does.

Aisha runs our penetration testing and security architecture work. Previously a red team lead in financial services, she writes reports boards can act on: what was found, what it means commercially, and what to fix first.

Marcus acts as outsourced Data Protection Officer for clients across healthcare, education and SaaS. He has supported two organisations through ICO enquiries and treats documentation as evidence rather than paperwork.
